A couple of months ago, we open-sourced the Pixels client. Then we open-sourced the backend. Then we gave all of it a home: the Pixels Community Hub.
We promised that the best of what you build would make it into the actual game.
Today, it has. Five community requests are now officially live in Pixels for every player, plus an addition to Reforge to make building for Pixels easier than ever.
The Community Hub just shipped its first major update into the game, and the builders behind it have earned over 450,000 $PIXEL 👏
🏡 Quick refresher: what is the Community Hub?
Community.pixels.xyz is the front door to everything the Pixels community makes.
- Builders upload what they’ve made: mods, tools, quests, quality-of-life fixes, even full forks of the game.
- The Pixels team reviews every submission for safety and to make sure it plays nicely with the rest of the game.
- Players play it. Not screenshots. Real, playable builds.
- Players vote on what deserves to come into the main game.
- Anyone can request something they want built, and builders can pick it up, often with a $PIXEL bounty attached.
✨ Why this is a big deal
For years, great ideas lived in Discord threads and AMA chats, and the only way something got built was if it landed on our roadmap.
The Community Hub flips that. You ask for it, someone builds it, everyone tries it, and we ship it. Pixels isn’t just a game we run anymore. It’s an ecosystem we’re building together, and this update is the proof.

And one for the builders: Build Your Realm With AI
This one doesn’t live in the game. It lives in Reforge, and it changes how you build.
Reforge now works with AI assistants like Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code. Describe the quest or item you want in plain words, and your assistant figures out the rest and builds it straight into your Realm.

🔔 Reminder for stakers using a social login wallet
We’ve seen a few of you mention you missed the original Ronin Waypoint migration deadline. Good news: Ronin extended it by 2 weeks, so there’s still time.
If your staking account at staking.pixels.xyz is connected to a social login wallet (email, Google, etc.), that’s a Waypoint wallet and it needs to be migrated so you can keep signing in and accessing your staked $PIXEL.
